Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on destination.

Shipping costs and exact delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your address.

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

You can return your WaveLounge within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, provided the item is unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition.

To start a return, email support@wavelounge.store with your order number. We'll send instructions and a return address.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Every WaveLounge is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear.

To file a warranty claim, email support@wavelounge.store with your order number, a description of the issue and photos.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

You can cancel an order free of charge as long as it hasn't shipped. Once shipped, follow the returns process above.
